Beechmount Grove has been a wonderful home, raising our little family here has been
absolute joy. In the time we have been here we have transformed this house, creating a warm and welcoming home.
The house is situated on Beechmount Grove off the Airport Road and at the top of the Wells Road. The house borders Hengrove and Knowle, an area that is really popular with families, with a brilliant combination of large houses, good schools and a choice of great parks. Callington Nature reserve offers a great escape from the city and excellent dog walks. For commuters, the area is very well placed, with Temple Meads and the several major employers around Temple Quay just around twenty minutes away on foot, even close by bike or scooter. Bristol’s scenic harbourside and city centre are also within walking distance, along with the independent shops, bars and cafes of North Street in Bedminster, whilst also being a short drive from the beautiful Mendips and Chew Valley to the south.
A stylish four bedroom house set over three floors, following a full renovation including a loft conversion. The welcoming hallway of the house is a great size with loads of storage under the stairs. The reception room is at the front of the house with a bay window, fireplace and wooden floors. To the rear the house is a newly renovated kitchen diner, with doors opening out to the generously-sized garden. The large rear garden is paved in areas, and also has a section of lawn. and a garage at the end of the garden opening via back alley access. The space has great potential, and is the only area that hasn't yet had an overhaul.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom. And the third floor is a light and spacious loft conversion has a master bedroom and en-suite with a large window overlooking the garden.
