Then there's all the events and fleas etc at Big Penny social and the Blackhorse Beer Mile only a walk away too so no excuse not to get out and see friends. Collab and Yardsale are our eatery staples and there's literally any and every service so close on Hoe Street or Walthamstow Central - the location is so handy.
