Perfect for parents, connected for kids, close for commuters and reassuring for retirees. Lower Earley has it all.
The home has been well looked after by the current owners who seek that natural progression most homeowners will at some stage in the journey where they are ready to move on from their first home to pastures new. like many others in the area, they aren't looking to move far and are excited to hand this idealistic home over to it's new family.
Featuring two healthy doubles, garage, quiet cup-de-sac, manicured garden to rear ready for hosting many more future parties and BBQs, gas central heating and Maiden Place directly behind with access to restaurants, cafes, post office, public house and open green space.
