What attracted you to the property when you bought it ?
What initially attracted us to this property was its well-designed layout, featuring four generously sized bedrooms. The lounge and kitchen/dining area are spacious, offering a sense of openness and comfort that stood out compared to other new builds we had viewed. Additionally, the views from the rear bedrooms over the rooftops towards Tunbridge Wells centre and the surrounding woodlands are fantastic.
 
What improvements have you made to the house ?
• Extended the kitchen with a breakfast bar.
• Added solar panels with a battery which is set up to sell excess electricity back to the grid.
• Added professionally installed loft storage space with an extended opening and folding stairs.

What have you enjoyed about living there ?
Over the last eight years, we have really enjoyed living in the Knights Wood community, surrounded by 150 acres of protected woodland with great footpaths, and excellent amenities including onsite and nearby schools, a cinema, and a gym. The ease of access to the A21, the M25, and the south coast, alongside a west-facing garden that catches the sun from spring to autumn, and the convenient KW1 bus service to Tonbridge rail station for London commuting, has made this a great place to live.
