We moved here as my daughters attended Farnborough Hill School and its an easy journey there as is Farnborough main station and the shopping centre. The road network makes it easy to travel any direction and the house is secluded, next to the canal which is great for walking the dogs.

I love the fact the property backs onto the Basingstoke Canal as this is a favourite spot for my early morning runs. The property is ideal for those working from home with the extra rooms above the detached double garage.

Ash Vale is a village on the western side of Guildford in Surrey, and provides excellent commuter links for the A3 and M3, with various mainline stations including Ash Vale and Farnborough Main, as well as Ash station that serves Reading, Guildford and Gatwick. The village itself offers a wealth of local amenities and is very close to many green spaces including Ash Ranges, and the popular Basingstoke Canal.
