DescriptionThe farm consists of a small cluster of farm buildings. The main Grade II* listed farmhouse and annexe and three interconnecting brick barns which fall within the farmhouse’s listed curtilage. There is also a range of much larger disused farm buildings that surround the brick barns. These are to be demolished and replaced with newly constructed residential dwellings.
The listed farmhouse is arranged as a house and annexe and requires renovation throughout. The roof of the property is in good order after being re-thatched and re-tiled in 2018.
The properties have been designed sympathetically to compliment the existing farmhouse and barns to create modern accommodation in an attractive and historic farmstead footprint.
