Access is obtained from the south, directly from the A259 dual carriageway.

The land has enormous character and would be suitable for seasonal grazing or grassland production. The diversity of habitat along the watercourses and fringes offers an opportunity to revert the farmland into dedicated conservation areas, with potential for BNG, nature reserves or similar uses.
