The Seller's View
Living in a leafy cul-de-sac within 10 minutes walk from Chester city centre has allowed us to experience all the joys of a bustling city on our doorstep, while also having the privacy of suburban life. Our neighbours in the Close are incredibly friendly and everyone’s collective pride in the Close is not only visible but felt. Having two parking spaces as well as a garage and plenty of roadside parking has made life easy. The layout of the house enables lots of flexibility for family and friends to visit and comfortably stay. The bright open plan living / dining space is great for hosting throughout the year, while also cosy enough to relax with the family, undoubtedly the heart of our home. Three good sized bedrooms upstairs have provided flexibility and the fourth bedroom on the ground floor has been an added bonus, doubling up as a second living space for us to enjoy summer evenings. The garden enjoys sun throughout the day, and we have thoroughly enjoyed developing our newfound interest in gardening. We can truly count ourselves lucky to have made many happy memories in this home.
