I purchased Fullbrook Avenue back in 2016 as my first property, 8 years on I can safely say I couldn’t have asked for anything better. The condition, layout and amenities speak for itself but eventually it has been the area that has impressed me the most. From the friendly environment, local pubs & restaurants and open green space it has been nothing short of a fantastic community and property to own.

This is a brilliant little starter home, or investment purchase for that matter. It's on the top floor, and there's plenty of big windows so the whole place feels bright and airy. There's a lovely entrance hall with storage cupboards and a window as you walk in, and a modern bathroom suite just as you round the corner and opposite the bedroom which is a great size with plenty of room for wardrobes. The open plan kitchen/living area is also a really nice size with plenty of room to zone off your living & dining areas, with the kitchen occupying the opposite end and next to the Juliet balcony doors so plenty of light flowing through here too.
The apartment is being sold with no onward chain, and depending on what your needs are, there may be an option to purchase with the current tenant in situ - talk to us for more information.
Area Comments...
Located just in front of Fullbrook Avenue PLaying fields, the apartment is in a lovely position within Croft Gardens. You are also surrounded by nearby green spaces, such as Deardon Fields and Langley Mead both a few minutes walk away. It's also really well connected with local bus routes into Wokingham and Reading, while you have Shinfield on one side and Spencers Wood Village on the other.. so lots of local amenities, like Dobbies Garden Centre, with a Waitrose inside too!
