The property for us has been fantastic for accessibility to all services including the bus stop 20 yards away, Frimley Park Hospital within 1 mile and 15 minutes walk to both Farnborough town centre or Frimley High Street. The area has that safe environment feel, I have personally been the neighbourhood watch Co-ordinator for the past 15 years and I’m proud to report no incidents in the time we’ve been here (41 years). We have been very lucky to have had some great neighbours live in and around our home. Finally the garden in the summer is just great for relaxation, socialising & BBQ’s. I truly hope the next owner will be as happy as we have been in the past 41 years of living here.

This is a MUST VIEW home, I've raved about the rear garden here, but it is simply stunning! The house itself has been lovingly looked after over the years our Sellers have lived here, and it really should be viewed to be appreciated!
Area Comment:
Farnborough is a popular and busy town that is very well served for commuting with nearby access to junctions 4 & 4A of the M3, as well as having Farnborough Main train station with direct trains to London, and also Farnborough North station. The town centre is very well equipped with various shops, restaurants and leisure facilities as well as many other local amenities. There is a great selection of local schools and colleges including Farnborough Sixth Form and Farnborough College of Technology nearby.
