I have loved living here since new and watching the area blossom into this fantastic family community it is today. I was so lucky to secure this plot, with it’s extremely private rear garden and very quiet corner of the estate with brilliant neighbours. It’s great to be able to walk to the local shop or fantastic local pub, also having such easy access into Chester makes all the difference. I will certainly miss sitting out in the sun, enjoying the garden and the family BBQs in such a peaceful setting. Having ticked nearly all the boxes on the builders optional upgrades, I think it is now really showing in how new, modern and fresh the property still feels. I know the new owners would very quickly be able to feel at home here.
