Why buy this home.....
As you enter this ground floor apartment you are greeted with a good size hallway where you can take off shoes and coats before entering.
To the right of the hallway is the master bedroom which is a great size and has enough room for a double or king-size bed as well as having enough space for draws or even a wardrobe without it feeling too \"cosy\" It also has views over the greenery outside. As there are no other buildings at the side of the property it is filled with lots of natural light. The second bedroom would be perfect for a child, office or guest room.
The bathroom is directly across from the second bedroom and has been freshly painted and finished off in texture tiles giving it a premium feeling whilst being practical. There's a large bath and a powerful shower with a glass screen.
The main living room has two large windows one of which faces the green space outside the front.. Because of the room's shape, you can have your furniture laid out in multiple ways, keeping it fresh. There's enough room for a suite or you could go with a more modern corner sofa whilst leaving enough space for a small dining table. The kitchen is at the back of the living room; because it's open plan, you can entertain without feeling separated. High gloss units and wood effect worktops finish the kitchen off perfectly. Integrated appliances consist of a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, and oven with gas cooker top.
Parking is provided by one allocated space as well as having plenty of community parking.
More about the location.....
For a new development, Newton Leys is steeped in history. with some parts dating back as far as the Iron Age. However, it was more recently famous for brick-making from the late 19th Century, in the form of Newton Longville Brickworks. When the Brickworks closed in 1978, an old claypit was flooded to create Jubilee Lake, now more commonly known as Willow Lake, easily the jewel in Newton Leys' crown.
Newton Leys is a district that covers the southern tip of Bletchley and is split between the Borough of Milton Keynes and Aylesbury Vale. You have a choice of either Bletchley or Leighton Buzzard Train Stations which both offer services directly into London Euston and Birmingham.
